The front staff, vet tech, and veterinary doctor I saw were extremely kind and professional. The vet explained all my options to me very thoroughly and patiently, being transparent about price and priority. This was a great experience and if I need to return to an urgent care for my cat I know I will go back here. They called me the next day to follow up on my cat's health which was a really nice touch.

I brought my Bernese Mountain Dog puppy to PetMedic Urgent Care in Cambridge twice. Each time, the staff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The vet was very thorough in their examination and clearly explained everything. They were also transparent about the costs involved, which I really appreciated.

The problem with veterinarians is that rarely are they ever open on weekends and the emergency sites are so expensive or Booked up. Pet medics website allow us to schedule online for a specific problem within one hour of our need, we arrived, and we’re taking right in, treatment was quick, comprehensive, and easy. Professional staff, great techs, And everyone was kind and loving to the dog. Well, done! Oh, And they gave the dog certificate for his bravery at the end, which I thought was perfect for any dog parent.

Our dog was bitten at the dog park and we rushed here and had no wait to get in and get seen. Everyone there was super nice and we had a great experience. Overall, if we do have another emergency. We will definitely be going back here. The sutures they put in were excellent and Layla the healed extremely quickly.

The support staff and vet who saw my brother in law's dog were so kind and patient, even though she's a vocal and nervous dog! She was wagging her tail by the time we left. They even followed up with a phone call to see how she was doing the next day.
