My cat has her first appointment here today and I am delighted at the care the entire staff provided. They were attentive, caring and welcoming. All of my questions were thoroughly answered and I left feeling confident we established an excellent health plan going forward. I never felt pressured to spend more on tests or treatments than I was comfortable with and I think the prices were very reasonable.

I bring both of my cats to Crossroads regularly and Dr. White and staff are always so kind and caring. My cats aren’t always friendly to strangers, let alone someone who pokes and prods, but when we’re here they always sense that they are in good hands! Fairly priced, great staff!

I found that staff are very mannered and articulated. The doctor has a very good bedside manner. I have to be brutally honest about not giving that 5th star. The location and parking is the worst I have ever encountered. I felt that there is limited parking spaces and the business is so close to the main road. I thought that it would only take a tragic moment, and someone could lose their beloved pet.

I've been going to this practice for a decade now, and have nothing but good things to say about Dr. White and the entire care team at Crossroads! They've taken care of our pet cats as well as the community cats we feed, and Dr. White is excellent about laying out all options and costs up front. I always feel like our kitties are in good hands here.
