They know them, and I know them. You don't fix what isn't broken. I've been going to Banfield for years and will continue to do so. Do not even consider going to this place! I took my dog there for a comprehensive examination and had a terrible experience with their medication and staff. Despite my requests for a prescription, they insisted that they were the only ones who had the medication. However, I later discovered that the same medication was available online at Chewy from the same company at a much better price. It's clear that they try to trap you and make you spend more money there. Be extremely cautious and avoid this place!
