This was our first experience with this office and it was a 10/10. From the initial call - inquiring and sharing our concerns through the visit and checkout, I was very impressed. The team is compassionate, thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel very supported and comfortable with the care plan for my sweet little Livvi!

The Dermatologist Animal Clinic was wonderful! The space is big and welcoming, and we got into a room very quickly — which is perfect when you have a reactive dog who can be wary of vets. Our vet was kind and sweet, and my dog actually warmed up to her, “telling” her they were going to be best friends. It was such a great interaction to see and made the whole space feel safe for her. They even had complimentary drinks — Sprite, soda, water, hot chocolate, coffee — which was such a nice touch. Everyone we met was genuinely kind and caring. If this could be my dog’s regular vet, I’d take her here every time. I got so much helpful information, including a detailed care sheet with the vet’s notes and their thoughts on her situation, plus care instructions to share with anyone who might babysit her. They even had an “itching scale” (like a pain scale) to help track her comfort level — I thought that was amazing! Overall, an excellent experience and I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

Dr. Tinsley explained the plan in plain language and welcomed my questions. • What stood out: Thoughtful diagnostics (no guesswork), clear treatment steps, and quick follow-up. I joked that I was my dog's "support human," and the staff laughed with me—such a warm, low-stress vibe. • Outcome: Noticeable improvement fast; my dog is more comfortable and happy. • Overall: 10/10 care—compassionate, thorough, and effective. I'd absolutely recommend Dr. Tinsley and this clinic. Dr. Tinsley and his vet technician- they Rock!

The staff and Dr Tinsley were all very friendly and treated Nova with care. They made us feel like Nova was their highest priority. They took the time to give us clear instructions for the treatment we would need to do at home. We also called to ask questions and the desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great experience at Animal Dermatology Clinic. We called and they got us in very quick. They listened, and spent a lot of time talking to us and addressing our concerns. Dr. Miller and Sarah also took a lot of time explaining their diagnosis and why they chose a path they did to provide the best care for our dog. The facility is very clean, and everyone was very understanding and helpful. Yes! Sarah was AMAZING! And so was Dr. Miller! We greatly appreciate all the help and support
