How to Save Money at All 4 Paws Inc
Schedule Regular Vet Visits
One of the best ways to save on vet bills is to prevent expensive health issues before they develop. By scheduling regular wellness checkups, your vet can detect health issues early, helping you to avoid costly treatments and surgeries down the road.
Price Shop for Pet Prescriptions
Oftentimes our fur babies are prescribed human drugs off-label. Your vet is apt to charge more for these medications than you would pay at your local pharmacy. In fact, big-box or chain pharmacies can offer steep discounts. So it’s best to price shop.
Pet Insurance
Most pet insurance providers will pay between 80% and 90% of the vet bill. You can even get coverage for routine care and things like vaccinations and dental cleanings. If you do the math, you’ll most likely find that pet insurance makes financial sense in the long run as well as gives you peace of mind.

Get Quotes & CompareGetting to Know Your New Vet: Essential Questions to Ask
Choosing a new veterinarian is an important decision for any pet owner. You want to find someone who is competent, compassionate, and a good fit for you and your fur baby. To help you get the most out of your first appointment, here's a list of essential questions to ask your new vet:
Tell me about your experience with [pet type].
Different vets have different areas of specialization. Some are experts with cats, some dogs, some pocket pets, and some horses. Knowing that your vet has vast experience treating your specific type of pet can bring you peace of mind.
How do you handle emergencies?
You must know what to do in case of a pet medical emergency. Inquire what after-hours policy the clinic has, whether they have on-site emergency care available, and if they have a relationship with any nearby emergency animal hospitals.
How do you communicate with pet owners?
Good communication is key to building a trusting relationship with your vet. Ask how they prefer to communicate (phone calls, emails, online portal) and how often you can expect to hear from them.
Are there any breed-specific health concerns I should be aware of?
Some breeds are predisposed to certain health conditions. Knowing what to watch out for can help you catch problems early and get your pet the treatment they need.
Do you have any questions for me about my pet?
This is a great question to ask because the answer will show that the vet is interested in getting to know your pet as an individual and is willing to listen to your concerns.
Bonus question: Can I take a tour of your facility?
Getting a feel for the clinic's environment can help you and your pet feel more comfortable during your visits. Remember, you’re not just looking for a veterinarian, you’re looking for a partnership. Do not be afraid to ask these questions and any others you can think of. Any vet worth their salt will be happy to answer them. Because the more informed you are, the better equipped you'll be to make decisions about your pet's care! And that should be every vet’s top priority.
Reviews from Google
We found this Vet recently and couldn't be happier. The staff is super helpful and friendly. This Vet is someone I feel I can trust and really cares about our pet and us. Very clean exam room too so that is a huge plus! If you are looking for not only a wonderful but affordable vet office, look no further.

My Lily went to Montgomery county animal clinic and got a clean bill of health but she was unable to get spayed there as they were booked so far out. I have gone to all four paws for years. They spayed my lily and then sent me home with meloxidyl. Within 24 hours I gave her her first dose. Before her dose she was alert and she was eating. Being sweet and affectionate. After giving her the meloxidyl she started rapidly going downhill Within 48 hours she was dead. I couldn't do anything as I didn't have a vehicle because my boyfriend and I share a vehicle. My baby died. All four paws failed me and they failed my baby. They tried to say it wasn't the medicine. A simple Google search shows that you should not give cats meloxidyl as it causes renal failure and death. My baby passed away and they didn't even care. They were callus on the phone and kept denying it. They know they killed my baby. Are you there to make money or are you there to help animals? They will get their karma God does not allow you to hurt animals and get away with it.

Took in my perfectly healthy 2 year old cat to get spayed at 7:30am. At 12:30pm I was called and told the spay went fine with no complications, and that she could be picked up in a few hours. Her behavior seemed relatively normal for a cat recovering from a spay when we got home, she was drinking and using the litter box. But at 8pm she starting wailing and rolling on the floor. She was ice cold to the touch, gums were white, and had a temp of 92.4 degrees. I immediately wrapped her in towels and called All 4 Paws back for advice. They told me again that her spay had went normally, but if she was that cold to rush her to an emergency vet. I had no choice but to surrender her to the emergency vet because they told me she was dying, and it was going to be upwards of $4,000 to begin treatment. The emergency vets assured us they will do everything to save her and find her a new home. But we still lost our baby… Went back to All 4 Paws the next morning to inform them of the situation. I brought back the receipt and unused medicine and asked for a refund. The staff denied a refund for the spay itself, but did refund the medication. They were very apologetic and called the emergency vet with me. I was told they would continue to follow up with the e-vet since she was a mutual patient, and that All 4 Paws would call me with any updates. They told me that if I didn’t hear back from them, to check in again Thursday evening. So I called them 4pm that Thursday and was met with the exact opposite tone. I spoke with a manager of some sort, who said they weren’t supposed to refund me anything, and that they have not received any news, nor are they going to be contacting the emergency vet in the future. This cat had no other underlying health problems and was combo tested negative. There is no excuse for what has happened here, and I only hope she makes it through and can start a new life.

This is a special place. Tyana is and Courtney went out of their way to make sure my little puppy was comfortable and felt safe. They spent time with him to make him less nervous and warm up to them before his surgery. The vet is wonderful and staff, I highly recommend this place. If your baby is nervous you can rest assured they will walk out the opposite and even have made new friends. :)

I wouldn't recommend using all 4 paws if you have a service animal i have Tookin my sweet girl Bojangles there before i quit using them because they were charging me extra just for my service animal. Charging me a pet fee and they're complaining that. She had an accident on their floor when it was all alive. It was a misunderstanding. My service dog is highly trained and potty trained she was trained at pawsabilities.unleashed in Frankfurt Kentucky Kentucky they are the worst vet clinic that anyone could possibly take their pets too they don't care about pets at all could be sued for charging people extra with disabilities that have service animals further real disabilitiescould be sued for charging people extra with disabilities that have service animals for their real disabilities i'm only doing one star for this place because of my bad experience. Taking my highly trained service dog there for vaccinations and vet checkups i've stopped taking my service animal there and started using noble vet clinic. Nobel vet clinic is a better clinic to take service animals too for veterinary care first week I started taking Bojangles to noble vet clinic. They did a fabulous, wonderful job on my dog. That spot that my dog had in her mouth. I took Bojangles here and they did nothing about it. They said oh, it's fine when actually it wasn't. I actually had to get it removed from her mouth. A place in her mouth that had to be removed out through surgical treatment in my service dog all 4 paws clinic did not take care of it. At all when they saw that Bojangles had a spot in her mouth that needed to be Tookin out they didn't take action at all to take care of it noble vet clinic found what it was. And did the surgical surgery treatment last week on Wednesday when I took her in so yeah, don't use off for pause. They don't do surgery on animals at all. They just let every animal die
