I brought my puppy in and got stuck into an overpriced plan, I tried to call and get out of the plan and they wanted to over charge me for a round of shots. My puppy had already had 4 months of shots it didn’t need a full plan of shots. It’s my fault for not doing my research but I was pressured into signing up for the plan by the vet and the lady that pre checked my puppy. The front desk worker was amazing! But not happy with how they operate and nagged me into a plan… wish I could get out of it and go to Noah’s ark.
