The office staff was incredibly kind, as was the vet tech. She was so gentle and loving toward Benny. Doctor Spatola was fantastic - excellent bedside manner for my nervous little guy. I love that he chose a treatment approach that was proactive and thoughtful, considering risks, benefits, and what's best for our dog (wanting to minimize surgery if possible, not rushing into decisions until we have more information). I came away feeling very assured that Benny's eye care is in good hands. Thank you!

The staff were all very knowledgeable and kind. They explained my pet's condition in terms I could understand. Also, they were very upfront about costs and fees involved with his care which is much appreciated.

Saved my rescue dog's eyesight. She is not a pleasant, well-behaved dog. She's very anxious and reactive esp. to any touching of her face. She wears a muzzle during exams. And she's a ten pound, approximately 10 year old, Yorkie mix. The staff, techs and Dr. Spatola have gone above and beyond to tolerate and work with my dog's behavior in the four years since her cataracts were removed. I cannot thank them enough - but posting this review is a small way to say, "Thank you ALL!"

Great experience at Animal Eye Institute, as always! Dr. Spatola and staff were very friendly and professional. The exam was thorough and I felt that they were genuinely concerned about my dog, explaining everything in detail. They answered any questions I had and I never felt rushed. I also appreciate that the prognosis was written out for me. Highly recommend!!
