We've been with Ridgeline for a few years now - time flies - including the euthanasia of our super-senior cat and treating a difficult chronic condition in our remaining senior cat. They are deeply patient with my concerns and questions ( Jen!) each time. On our last visit, Dr. Grant bent way down from his tall height to get a look at a troubled spot on my cat so he wouldn't have to handle her and stress her out. All the handling they do in the exam is professional and caring, though, causing minimal stress. Thank you everyone for taking good care of us!

We had our beloved dog for 15 years. He got brain cancer. Dr. Grant and his staff was wonderful at a very difficult time for us. About a month later we received a card in the mail saying they just wanted to check in on us and say they were sorry for the loss of lefty. And they all signed the card. It was just so heartwarming. Love this office
