The Vet (Miss Melanie) and all the techs are so good with all of my critters. They take time for each question and always give options and solid advice for the proper care of their patients, and will work with you. I've tried other Vets but this one seems to put more emphasis on care than making money.

I have been using Allison Lane Animal Hospital as my veterinary service for about ten years. My family has used their services for even longer. There is nothing negative I can say about my experiences. Nothing could’ve been improved because it was a great experience. My dog had a massive hot spot and they took excellent care of him. They made sure it was clean and gave extra advice on things I could do to care for him at home. Your team took excellent care of Hank and explained everything to me that was occurring. They are professional, compassionate, and take the time to explain the process. Each veterinarian here is qualified to provide the care needed for your pets whether it’s dogs, cats, snakes, rabbits, or any other exotic animal. The cost can be a little high sometimes; however, the care they provide for your animal is always the best and it is understandable. Their invoices always explain the prices and well which is helpful. I appreciate your team being the best veterinary service we could ask for.

Dr Roberts and her staff are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. The staff takes the time to make sure my fur baby is comfortable and they walk me through each step of the exam/treatment.
