My partner’s older cat took a tumble this morning of the bed and we were very worried as he wasn’t acting himself. We called around and were able to get an appt for the afternoon. It had been a bit since my partner had taken his cats to get vet care and he had been trying to find a new vet closer to his home here in Rockford and I’m so glad we found this place! All the staff was super friendly and kind. All the care was very thorough and detailed. The discharge papers were also very detailed which I’ve never had more than one piece of paper when my animals have left the vet in the past! Honestly just overall super impressed by this place and so thankful they were able to get our handsome boy in and got my partners other cat scheduled to get seen for a check up soon. Definitely will be taking my own boys here when I make the move up here. Thank you guys for taking care of our boy, Boots!

They take advantage of people because they know they love their pets. They give you a quote for treatment and then it's a bait and switch and they tried gouging us for hundreds of more dollars. They're good with their medical care but shady when it comes to the charges. We chose to go somewhere else.

They are all very nice and explain everything well so you know exactly what's going on with your pet. My dog is always afraid when she goes but they always make her feel safe and loved, like one of their own.
