Our experience here has been above and beyond every single visit! Dr. Testolin, Jordan, and all of the techs and office are so great to work with. The team works hard to treat our dog well and make her comfortable, and so far have provided an excellent level of care for her health. Boone had such a positive experience at his vet visit! This wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing staff at Finan AH. They created such a welcoming environment not only for your pets but also for the owner. Whether it was through phone, email, or in person, every employee was caring and patient. It was so reassuring seeing Boone in this environment, who is working through reactive behaviors, succeed. This means so much to me, thank you Finan AH, Dr. Testolin, your technicians, and your customer service reps!

I just want to take a second and thank every individual for all of their kindness. We had to put our 14 year old boxer pit down today. Truly a caring and loving staff. My boy left us in his dad's arms and looking in my eyes holding his paw. I couldn't ask for a better experience. He left us knowing it was his time and he just looked in my eyes and at the end I thought he smiled. I was the first person he ever saw as his mom died in childbirth and I was the last person he saw. It was truly an honor to see my boy go. In a lot of ways that dog saved our family. So thank you everyone I couldn't have wished a better way for him to leave us. Your staff will always have a special place in my heart.

We have been coming here since 2021 when we adopted our puppy. Fast forward to moving out of the area and we still drive all the way back! ALL the staff and providers are wonderful. They have such a respect for animals, are incredibly kind and compassionate, and will always try to be flexible with scheduling. They've been so helpful with questions we have had and returning our calls promptly. Cannot say enough good things about Finan! We adore the entire team!

Where do I begin.. we absolutely adore this place and the people that work there! Since Christmas our much loved 16 year old cat, Gypsy suddenly wasn't herself anymore. We went to four different vet clinics several times and went through various forms of treatment and investigation but nothing seemed to get figured out and we felt somewhat taken advantage of at times. Finan Animal hospital was the light at the end of our very long tunnel and treated us with nothing but patience and respect from the very beginning right up until the end when we finally got a diagnosis and had to let our girl go. If you think of your pet like family (which me and my husband do) this place will put you at ease and show you and your pet the respect and care you deserve. It's been a tough couple of weeks for me and my husband but we received a lot of sympathy along with a beautiful card signed so thoughtfully by everyone at the hospital which has been one of the most thoughtful gesture any veterinary clinic has ever done for us. Thank you so much to everyone at Finan Animal Hospital for your kindness and understanding during one of our most difficult times and a big thank you to our vet Amanda who was amazing the whole time. We are in the process of taking in the son of our recently lost kitty and cannot wait to bring him in to get the care he deserves ❤
