Love this place....everyone here has been so helpful with my dog. I rescued him as a sick puppy and now he is thriving! The puppy plan has covered all of his needs and then some! I also see people think they try to push the health plan but I requested the plan and I'm glad I did. I called several clinics in the area and everything my puppy needed would have far exceeded the price of the plan with all of the services it covers.

Terrible service. Our dog almost died because they refused to see her. She was severely dehydrated and needed and to see a doctor. They had us wait for almost two hours then after waiting, they told us we had to go to an animal hospital because the doctor was too busy. Take your pet to vets that actually care about animals DO NOT take them to Banfield!!!!!!

Can not get appt in a timely manner. Frustrating for sure. Simply best for only wellness care. Do not depend on getting an appointment if your pet needs a doctor.

I'm a truck driver and find it difficult to make and keep appointments .. staff was very friendly and accommodating to keep my baby's shots current. I don't think I've ever dealt with a friendlier and more professional receptionist.!!!!
