Very nice vet techs. Great doctors. I book the appointment at the end of the day so I can stay with my dog instead of dropping her off for the full day, this is a great option for nervous dogs. I use their Optimum Wellness package which really does save money on annual physicals and immunizations. Highly recommend.

I’m so happy with the care my dog Jazzie gets at Banfield and I recently moved to the crystal lake location after being at wonderlake for many years. Loves the care in wonderlake also but crystal lake is much closer and the staff is just as good. Jazzie had a tooth pulled and a large skin tag removed on her leg and started on medication for a heart murmur. Everything was explained thoroughly and Jazzie came through it all with flying colors. Thanks again Banfield for caring for my Jazzie.

We are with Banfield almost 8 years and this is so far the best place. Today we had an appointment with my Neo - 8 years old,imperial shih tzu. Neo is always super stressed and is shaking when we have vet appointments or grooming. Today when he came out after the shots and doctors check up was super calm and was not shaking. The doctor was super nice and patient with us. We arrived 5 min late ( usually if I’m running late I’m calling and letting them know in advance) Was nice even if we were late and I did not had a chance to answer the phone the day before to confirm the appointment. The new place is super clean and it’s definitely better that the old one. The only thing I don’t understand is why doctors are not checking the dogs in front of us as it was before. They used to do the regular checkups and vaccines in the same room with us. For me is important to see what is done and what and how he was checked out. This is my the only concern/question. Other then that I am super happy, satisfied with our plan at Banfield. I love the way they remind us how to better take care of our fur kids. The dental cleaning is an amazing thing to add in your pet’s plan. Since is a new open place I will go ahead and spam you with some pictures😀

I love this location every person from the receptionist to the vet techs and including the doctors go above and beyond in understanding your concerns and take care of each and every question you might have in regards to your pets. I would never go anywhere else for my pet care

We took our pup here when we first got him and never went anywhere else. The entire staff is so friendly and kind with us and our pup and our dog and us love Dr Frailey. I think this is the only vet our dog didn’t go scared and anxious. He actually liked it! With their wellness program we were able to go to any banfield around the country which was handy but we still would drive all the way out to Crystal Lake for his care.
