I don’t know where to even begin. From the moment we come through the door, to the exit of our visit, BGAH is a solid 10 stars and then some! I cannot say enough good things about their entire staff and the visit process. Most importantly, the professional care that my little girl receives from Dr Schaele is ABOVE EXCELLENT. I have referred Dr Schaele & BGAH to everyone I know for their pets. We have used this animal hospital for years, and have always had a great experience, even with our sometimes less-than-actively-participating large dogs! They are always very gentle with our anxious dog, which helps him feel better about the entire process. Prices are good and the doctors and staff are great.

Dr. Schaele is an amazing veterinarian and an incredible human. We can’t thank him enough for all he did for our loved one Barley. We were truly touched and inspired by his professionalism, knowledge, compassion, empathy, and genuine care and concern for animals.

Everyone was very kind and took my dog on short notice when he got sick one day. Dr. Kovacs provided excellent advice and recommendations, and I really appreciate the commitment to care! He has not only treated me with kindness and compassion, but has taken amazing professional care of my little dog.
