I visited this place last Friday with my very very sick beloved fur baby cat and he had been sick for 2 days and she proceeded to tell us same us, as she has some other people on here, that he had some sort of upper respiratory infection and some kind of blockage in his urethra after he's been foaming out the mouth and throwing up and nonetheless I didn't have $500 so she wouldn't see or treat my dying baby at all and turned me away crying and knowing that he was going to die and as I'm walking out the door she (the veterinarian) says no hey yeah Care Credit and then walks away. Not to mention that one or more of the girls who work the front were, upon arrival, VERY VERY unprofessional approachable, non personable and down right rude. I mean I stood before these women devastated because I knew that that woman that calls herself a veterinary was the help that my baby needed and she wouldnt help me at all and then to top that off the in called for very apparent criticism of judgement from MOST of the employees was tragic. Below is the very last time I will ever get 2 see my SumeKuma😞😭😥😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I have two chocolate lab puppies, my female guide and urinary tract infection at three months. Dr. Potts did not want to see her. I hung up the phone drove up there and made them see her. She has hurt her leg and back pulled a muscle and did not want to see her again, so I got somebody else to see her and staff was very rude so was Dr. Potts I am thinking about changing doctors I do not have patients for my babies getting treated rudely and when I need help I need help now And my babies are my children and when there is an emergency, you do not leave your baby alone and wait for somebody to call you on the phone to tell you somethings wrong I’ll live 30 to 45 minutes away. Gas cost too much to drive back and forth.

My dog was sick and I called Animal Medical Clinic of Lauren’s who I have used for regular checkups for 3 years but they could not see him. He was bleeding from rectum. Took him to Smalley’s and they said they were not taking new patients. Told them what was happening and they said to leave him and they would get to him but it may be over the weekend. While I was filling out papers Dr Jim Hobby had already seen him and gave me his diagnosis and course of treatment. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
