Dr. Peggy and Dr. Jim are awesome!!!! They treat your baby (mine is a cat) as if he is there. They are very kind to the patient and the owner. I love the fact they talk to the patient and you. They are very professional and they care. I drive an hour for my baby to see either one of them.

Everyone here really wants the best for your animals. They always take as much time as is needed. We have been taking our pets here for several years now, and we love how much they care.

My dog was sick and I called my regular vet who could not see him. He was bleeding from rectum. Took him to Smalley’s and they said they were not taking new patients. Told them what was happening and they said to leave him and they would get to him but it may be over the weekend. While I was filling out papers Dr Jim Hobby had already seen him and gave me his diagnosis and course of treatment. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment for my dog for two months out since it’s all they had. A little irritating my dog couldn’t be seen until then. I missed the appointment by a few hours. I’ll admit this is partly my fault for writing the wrong time down, but you think they would have the courtesy to give appointment reminders when they’re scheduling people so far out.
