Dr Kepple is awesome. He’s done a great job of treating my golden doodle that was being treated for severe ear infections and allergies. Very kind and compassionate, really interested in helping my dog. Staff is great. I would highly recommend. He saved my dog from going into surgery.

Lacks real care for dogs. He won’t spend more than three minutes with your dog he may not even lean forward in his chair. Forget about him even touching your but still charge you $800. Then send you somewhere else, Less than month later. He doesn’t care about your dog just your money.

Dr. Keppel and his assistant makes you feel like family and they truly care about your fur babies. I have been to five different vets with her skin problem and nobody could find out what’s wrong and fix the problem. Dr. Keppel found the problem and got her skin infection fixed and she is so happy no more licking or itching… We highly recommend Dr.Keppel he will get you great results. Teresa Davis & Molly

Dr. and his assistants great. People told me it was going to be pricey the 1st time with meds, and everyone was right. I'm convinced any specialty Dr. is pricey, not just Dr. K! Turns out it worked, especially if you do exactly what the Dr. says. Bailey Rae's (basset hound) skin issue is completely under control with weekly shampoo and conditioner plus daily meds.

We took our English Bulldog after dealing with allergy issues for 4 months. Our current Vet had been treating him for allergies for years and had for the most part been controlled until 4 months ago that 2 hot spots turned into his entire back and neck area. We decided to try a second opinion and went to the vet that had treated another one of our dogs years ago. This vet immediately suggested we go see Dr. Keppel, and we got lucky and were able to get in the following week. When we arrived we were approached by an office staff member who took our information, as well as the our dog's current vet. Once we were taken inside the tech asked what was going on and we took our dog's shirt off (yes, he was wearing a tshirt) and she noticed how badly his skin was. For some reason she stopped listening to us, as if anything we said was not necessary. She said she was going to get the doctor. Two minutes later the doctor walks in and his first words were "there is no turning back from this, he has been given too much steroids". No, he hasn't! He was given 1 shot the week before. We noticed that there was absolutely no interest or compassion, neither the doctor or the tech bothered to get a history of what his veterinarian had been treating him with (other than the apoquel). We have spent close to $3,000 in the last 4 months alone treating our dog, trying to find a solution. The lack of compassion was evident, we decided to leave and not deal with this office. I hope they exam everything that they did and find a better way to at least give the "dog parents" an opportunity to speak.
