Dr. Welton and staff are the best! I have had him care for my pets for several years now and have the utmost trust in him. The facility is modern and clean and the staff are very friendly, professional and caring. Highly recommend!

Dr. Welton and staff are amazing. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, listen to your concerns, and thorough in care/explanations. My free spirited pup has had some accidents and they have always been able to work her into the schedule the day you call. I highly recommend them.

We saw Dr. Welton for a surgery consult after being referred by another vet. The clinic was very clean and neat, and the staff were both professional and warm. They accommodated our schedule and were available right when we needed the appointment. The experience was fantastic! Dr. Welton was so gentle with our dog, and it was clear not only how knowledgeable he is but also how much he cares about his patients. He and his staff took extra time with us to make sure all our questions were answered and concerns addressed. Even though they are about an hour away from us, we would easily come back here anytime we need something beyond routine needs because they are so much better than our normal primary care vet at home. Highly recommend!

Best. Vet. Ever. Five stars doesn't even come close to the excellent care and compassion you'll receive from Dr. Roger Welton and his staff. They are phenomenal! My husband and I were looking around for a veterinarian surgeon specializing in orthopedic surgery for our 6 yo Bichon-poo who had recently suffered a CCL injury. After checking out another vet, we decided to do some more research and get a second opinion. We found Dr. Welton's website for his new office location in Viera and gave them a call. Not only did they immediately see us, but everyone in the office, including Dr. Welton, made us feel at home, which put me and my sweet pup at ease from the very start. The entire process, from finding an veterinarian orthopedic surgeon we've never worked with before to our 6-week post-op visit, has been smooth as well as comforting. I honestly have never trusted a vet more with my pup than Dr. Welton and his team. Not only is he my vet surgeon of choice now, but he's my TOP vet of choice for everything else, too. He is the kindest, most compassionate, and friendly veterinarian I've ever met. Most of all, he takes excellent care of (and loves) my little pup. That is what truly makes an outstanding vet! Please trust me when I say I love my little guy like he's my first born and wouldn't trust him with any other vet than Dr. Welton and his staff at Premier Veterinary Care. Call them now!

My doodle was having GI issues and when I called my vet, I found out she was no longer in the practice. That office recommended Premier Veterinary Care and they were able to see her very quickly. She is a very timid skittish girl and they were wonderful with her. I receive good information for myself and she received excellent care. I am very happy this is where I am now getting care for my girl. I recommend this practice and I will continue to bring my pets here. Cheri Miles Rockledge
