I really appreciate the level of clear and effective communication at this office. If I ever have a concern or a question they do their best to provide me with the answers, and if they have to call me back with anything, I'm not stuck waiting and worrying and they get back to me pretty quickly. The office is very clean and a calming environment for my dog too, he never seems to be stressed out, partially because when we make an appointment we're not stuck waiting around. If the ladies that work here are ever stressed or overwhelmed they sure don't show it. I appreciate how hard they work, and they always have positive attitudes and are super sweet. I also appreciate that they provide estimates for services and you're not surprised by costs of procedures or visits. They don't pressure you, but provide you with helpful information so that you can make the best choices for your pets. I'm glad we found this office.

Super friendly. They give you an option to wait in your car. That’s so great for us. Everyone was nice and super helpful. They treated my pups like they were one of their own. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. SO much cheaper than anyone else I’ve been too!

Excellent care for our American Bulldog, she has pulled both LCL’s and they referred us to Dr Montgomery for orthopedic surgery. The staff is always friendly and always looking to meet our needs.

Excellent value for my dog's veterinary care. The staff is warm and inviting. Dr. Malachai Schang is exceptional. He is patient and thorough, always addressing any needs or concerns I have for my dog. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to this Clinic with my fur babies for several years now. I feel like they actually CARE, LISTEN, AND HEAR WHAT I HAVE TO SAY!! The customer service is awesome! The front desk staff knows me when I walk in, which is so nice!! Bottom line... they care for your fur baby as if it was their fur baby!!
