I've been going to Bild for probably twenty years, have taken many, many of my own pets plus animals that I've come across that have needed some care. My entire family counts in the consistency that Bild offers. You can go there and be assured that you're gonna get quality care and not end up spending thousands of dollars. Pricing is extremely fair, Dr. Shock is amazing!!! The whole staff rocks :) Stephanie and Amanda are wonderful. Always a good time with lots of laughs and A++++ care. It's kind of like a little family every time I go there I meet a new best friend.

My initial interaction with Bild Animal Hospital left me utterly appalled and disgusted with their level of service. I called them seeking some information and was met with a display of unprofessionalism that was beyond belief. Firstly, the person who answered the phone sounded like they couldn't care less about my inquiries. Instead of providing me with the information I needed, I was greeted with curt responses and an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by even asking questions. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was put on hold without any warning. I patiently waited, assuming that they would come back to the line shortly. When I finally did get back on the line, I was shocked by the condescending tone of the person I was speaking with. Instead of addressing my concerns or questions, they seemed more interested in belittling me and making snide remarks about my lack of knowledge. It's astonishing that a supposed professional in the animal care industry would treat a potential customer with such disrespect. To sum it up, my first experience with was a complete disaster. Their attitude, lack of communication, and insulting behavior have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone who values courteous and professional service.
