Banfield is a great place for our pet. This is our third time coming here, and the three times have been nothing but the best for us/dog. He got all his shots from here, but it cost us nothing bc we signed up for the medical plan that they offer. Great service!!😁

I love this hospital. They always took my Cookie no matter how later I was. Unfortunately I lost her due to poisonous little frogs. On the 18 the of this month(October) she passed away laying with me in bed. I took her to the Banfield Hospital and they took her away... The Saddest Day Of My Life!!! I couldn't even stay with her ashes because I didn't have the money. I think they should have offered me at least a little bit of her ashes.. But God works in mysterious ways. Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital for being so sympathetic with me. They did comfort me in my moment of grieving! I miss you Mama😥

Had a great experience here with my dog. Was able to get a last minute appointment for her vaccinations before a flight. They very strictly comply to Covid social distancing restrictions (which I greatly appreciate!). The employees took wonderful care of my dog, were friendly and got everything done in a reasonable time without any excessive charges. Will absolutely return

My dog passed away after treatment here for pancreatitus. She was filled with so many fluids that her glands busted and her lungs filled. They new she had other health conditions and they did not treat her properly. Zoe suffered a long time after their treatment before dying. Bleeding and drooling and peeing herself in her sleep. Learn how to deal with older dogs with multiple health conditions or just recommend us to someone else.
