I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received at Northside Animal Hospital. My dog had surgery for a hematoma, and from start to finish, the experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. The doctor was very involved every step of the way, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure my dog was well taken care of. What really stood out to me was their willingness to work with me on pricing so my dog could get the treatment he needed as soon as possible. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and dedication. Highly recommend!

We love Northside! We had annual vaccinations and teeth cleaning completed by Dr. Smaller. He was so good with our doggies!! He listened to our concerns with our older 16year old pup and recommended a treatment. She is doing great and her teeth look fantastic! He also was able to win over our small dog who has anxiety. Dr. Smaller’s manner and experience really won us over and we have found a new vet we love! Dr. Smaller’s staff is next level fantastic. The personal care each and every staff member showed us was so refreshing. From the way they answered our first call and assisted with ensuring every concern would be addressed, to the absolute love the whole staff showed our pups you can tell this office cares about what they do!

Well, I have to say I’ve been living in North Naples for 13 years now and it took 13 years for an amazing vet/exotic vet to be right across the street. I already took my dogs to be groomed and she did an absolute fantastic job. I love Dr. Smaller and the rest of the staff is absolutely amazing. I’m just so happy that I have found an honest caring animal hospital to take my animals to. My dogs got their wellness exams by the doctor and animals know when there’s good people. They loved him and I was very very happy. If there was a six star I’d give it a six star but I can only give it the five star. There’s a new doctor in town everybody.
