Doctor Javiar is truly one of the kindest people I’ve met. He has poured his heart into every pet I’ve brought him and he always amazes me with the level of understanding he has for so many different topics. It is obvious he has dedicated his life to expanding his knowledge of his practice. He is truly raising the bar and setting a high standard. I am so grateful for the care he’s given my multiple pets and it’s worth the hour long drive. Attached is a picture of my dog getting acupuncture. Her sister, the poodle, tagged along to get her eyes looked at.

JUSTINE IS A DELIGHT!!! So beyond wonderful, kind, helpful and so reassuring. Fantastic representation of your clinic. I had to get a prescription for my cat and Vets & Pets saved the day. They were wonderful and filled my prescription for my cat right away, and they were busy. Justine multi-tasked with grace and patience. The staff are polite and very kind! HEARTFELT THANK YOU JUSTINE!!!!

I want to thank Pets & Vets Animal Clinic. This animal hospital has saved my cats life previously. When my cat was rejected in previous clinics saying that they would not accept my dying cat because they were about to close, later after multiple rejections in other animal clinics and hospitals, Pets & Bets Animal Clinic received my cat, proceeded to do surgery by Dr. Javier and ultimately save my cats life. My cat was close to death that day, and they were there to help us. While waiting desperately to hear if he could live or die, one of the nurses gave us water and checked on us constantly while providing comfort. Today, once again, with their help, we have been able to control and help my cat feel better, giving reasons and causes of his illness and providing excellent instructions for my cats care. This place is excellent. Be aware that appointments are made through the phone and not online. The online system is outdated. In the meantime, appointments are done through phone calls.

Justine was the person I spoke with when I mistakenly walked into the clinic, thinking I walked into another clinic I read about. I’m glad I did. Justine took care of me quickly. She took my cats information and was super courteous! Justine was thorough and patient and a real delight. She truly is a gem! Thank you Justine!

This Clinic is amazing. Aurora who handles everything as far as front desk and other tasks is so knowlegable. I have been with this clinic for about eight years now. She has always been supportive, empathetic, sympathetic, kind and caring. Also, She is very thorough. She is graciously helpful with the doctors when they need something, and with the patients if their owners need help. Not many people are dedicated to their job these days like she is.
