Dr. Fogelberg and the whole team at Maybeck are great to work with...helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Fogelberg was able to diagnose our cat's bladder problem when two other vets couldn't. He performed surgery to remove a stone and she is doing great. The entire staff was very caring and responsive throughout her procedure and recovery. We highly recommend Maybeck!

We highly recommend Doctor Julie and her staff , I can not express enough - how much our little Maltese means to me and my aunt, and there is not enough words to cover how grateful we both are for the outstanding care we are receiving for our little furry family member . After 11 years we had to make the difficult decision to put our dog to sleep. He was scheduled for euthanasia today and after sitting in the lobby for 35 minutes I finally asked what was taking so long. I was told that there were no rooms available. Then I was told that they had a critical care patient and the doctor was tending to that. Never once did they acknowledge us or apologize for the wait. We were extremely emotional and angered as we had struggled with the decision for several days, and the staff were very unsympathetic so we made the decision to take our pet elsewhere. Our dog had been a patient for 11 years and this is how he was treated on the most difficult day of his life. Fortunately we contacted another animal hospital who took us in immediately. They were so kind and compassionate even though they never met our pet. I will never ever step foot in Maybeck Animal Hospital again and will tell everyone I know about this experience. Not even a phone call from Dr. Fogelberg.
