I had an appointment there on October 9th to get my cats vaccinated. This location was very disorganized on how they were handling the checkin process. After waiting in line with only one person in front of me for ten minutes I was finally helped by the person in charge (I believe her name was Ully) was very rude and not helpful at all. First of all no one told me I had to bring my cats in two separate carriers to get seen so I wasted my time going there to leave without getting my cats vaccinated. I loved going to my Petco location in Jacksonvillle when they were Thrive since Thrive is no longer apart of Petco it’s a mess and service is just horrible.

The clinic was great. They were fast and very friendly. Our new puppy was very scared and they took time to calm her down, love on her and gave her a treat. Definitely a great service.
