When a mistake was made concerning a scheduled appointment, she called me and took full responsibility, put herself in my shoes and conveyed her understanding of how frustrating it must have been. The team takes great care of my cats and Ashley took great care of me!!!

Went there since we had a voucher from adopting at the Humane Society. I will say i’m so happy we did. The staff was super nice and welcoming. They treated my fur baby like their own ( she loved all the snuggles) We definitely found our new vet!! (Its also amazing they offer the voucher when you adopt a pet from jhs)

This clinic is batting a big zero for two! This is the second time we’ve taken the dog in for a scheduled appointment and the clinic is locked up tight with no notice on the door and no one answers the phone. Don’t go here if you want any health services for your pet!

The vet was very kind and took time to actually talk to me. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They have a very good Care Plan Package to help people who don't have a ton of money up front take care of their babies.

Had a great vet appt with Dr. Garrett and the Vet Tech Ray. It was a good experience was with my fur baby during the exam and vaccine. Price was right even though I had voucher for adopting my new baby I only paid for the vaccine that was needed. The facility was clean and Maci receptionist was so sweet. Thank you for great experience.
