Dr Kaiser and her tech Joe were calm and kind, taking great care of our cat and making sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the visit. The front desk aides were also professional and warm. This was our first time at the clinic and we feel great about Dr K and her staff caring for our beloved cat!

Dr. Kaiser has taken amazing care of my sweet boy Hedwig. Without her help, he would not be where he is at today. She provided around the clock care for my poor guy for over a year. She is amazingly thorough and never leaves something unchecked. I would definitely recommend bringing your babies to Dr. Kaiser, she is the best!

We had a stray kitten show up at our door. The mom never appeared so we started to do what we could for her. We are both totally clueless about how to care for a kitten. We brought her here and they have been amazing. They are polite and sweet on the phone. Their customer services is great. After the doctor gave her the shots she helped us figure out all the other stuff we would need to do. They have even called and checked to see how Han Solo (It's a girls, but we didn't know at the time.) is doing and make suggestions. They have been so supportive. It's amazing to find people who are genuinely kind and these people are. They care about the animals. We are thankful to have such a good experience. I would highly recommend them!

Love Dr Kaiser and the entire staff at Animal Clinic of Mandarin. They are very communicative and always provide options for helping keep cost down. Although I do wish they'd relax their Covid policies, that's my only complaint. It would be nice to not have to wait in my car during appointments but we will keep coming back no matter what since Dr. Kaiser and the staff do such a great job!

Dr. Pamela Kaiser is the best Vet ever. She treats your pets as what they are an extension of your family, your baby, and sibling to your children. She has a caring heart and won’t hesitate, nor sugar coat anything, and she says it like it is. She will give you alternatives, when there are some, and tell you what she can do for you. She is fair in her pricing but I value her knowledge and care for our pet. She has a competent and reliable staff there to support her and your pet.
