How to Save on Veterinary Costs at A Cat Clinic

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Dr. Rogers and her team have been taken care of a few of my cats over the years. Everyone is polite, professional, and genuinely care about the cats. Dr. Rogers is highly skilled and I trust her assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan completely. She is the reason my cat Alwin is alive today after sustaining a significant injury.

Love Dr Rogers. She is the best cat Vet ever. She sits on the floor with the cat and is so very gentle with each cat. Its not all about the money for her either. Thank you Dr Rogers and the staff at the Mandarin Cat Clinic.

Edit bc i cant add another review for a second visit: still worth the 30 min drive from St.augustine! I cant stress this enough, only go to cat focused clinics bc other vets have such biasness and lack of knowledge for cats. Most other vets immediately want to sedate her before they even attempt to do an exam and drive up the bill with unecessary tests. But not here. They do every effort to do an exam naturally and dont recommend pointless tests. My baby is not nice and only get older, but tolerated Dr.Mckenzie and her tech's gentle nature today so well! Thank you for tolerating us with grace (I know we're extra) and doing everything that yall do for our fur babies.

The Cat Clinic is a special place. The veterinarians and staff really take their time with you and your kitty, they really care. No other animals to frighten your cat and the appointments are spaced apart so little crossover.
