I have been using Herschell/ South Lane Animal for years. Nothing fancy but Dr. Ausherman loves animals and is an experienced vet. He cares about your pets and their well being and has seen it all.

I called trying to get my dog an appointment, and whoever answered the phone kept saying she couldn't hear me and my phone had static. Well, it wasn't my phone line it was theirs, so I never got help from them and needed an immediate appointment. Hope they got that fixed for future clients who call in, if what she was saying was true.

Dr.Ausherman is fantastic. A true animal lover, honest, exceptionally helpful and professional. His assistant is wonderful as well. Definitely a doctor you can trust. Highly recommend this animal hospital.
