Jax Horizon Vet Imaging

I had a wonderful experience with Jax Horizon. They provided the most affordable pricing they could, which was very reasonable compared to surrounding clinics. They were incredibly accommodating to my dog’s nervous and reactive personality. Because of his behaviors, they allowed us to stay with him right up until it was time for the scan, which made a huge difference for both of us. Dr. C was kind, patient, and even made light of my dog’s nervousness to help ease the tension. He explained the process thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and later walked us through the imaging results in great detail. The technology was high-quality, easy to understand, and made even more accessible with Dr. C’s guidance. The staff was equally caring, friendly, and engaging throughout the visit. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing imaging services for their pet. They truly combine compassion, professionalism, and expertise.

I can not express the level of confidence and care Dr. C and his staff have shown to family. He was our 4th vet and our poor pup at only 1 1/2 could not be diagnosed by anyone. Not only did he have all equipment needed to solve the mystery but at an affordable price. He talks through everything. Really educates you on your pets next steps. Explains his thought process and why he wants to take the steps he does. All of his results come back fast. He is a brain! All those our sweet boys prognosis is not good I can not tell you how much of an impact you 2 have made for us. The standard of pet care has been changed forever for our home. On out next little one we will be traveling over the bridge to see you guys from the start. With my deepest appreciations and whole heart thank you. Champ's Mom ❤️

Thank you to Doc C for diagnosing Ruger my 10.5 year old airedale. Doc did a CT for us and did an excellent job. We had an aspiration done with a tumor too. We got all the answers we needed. Doc C is a wealth of knowledge and highly recommend him.

This is a traveling CT Scan provider for animals. Their prices are the best hands down in Florida. We met with them, the van/bus was very clean, the Veterinarian stayed with my dog the entire time. Can't beat 1:1 treatment like that. My dog did so well after anesthesia and he is around 100 pds. The Vet walked me through everything, did an initial evaluation, explained the process and within a few hours he sat down with me and showed me the scan, & explained what we were viewing. This was so much cheaper then other quotes I received. Within a few days we got a CT report and a link to the CT scan itself. I would use them again in a heart beat. Very professional. We are lucky to have this alternative available to us. Otherwise I could not have afford a CT Scan.

What an amazing service!!! My precious baby cat Alice was having issues and X-rays from another vet were unclear what was causing the issues. I just moved here from Dallas and getting used to the new place has been stressful for her. I took her to another vet and reached out to her vet back home and both recommended I get her an ultrasound to rule out any major issues as she is 10 years old now and cancer was a possibility. I was terrified and calling around places trying to find somewhere that could do an ultrasound in the evening (I just started a new job and wouldn’t be able to take off), within a day or so, and at a reasonable price. I was being quoted upwards of $1000 for just the ultrasound not including office visit and whatever else they’d inevitably tack on and availability was days away. Luckily Jax Horizon popped up on my Google search!! I texted the number at about 7pm and received an answer early the next morning that they had availability for that same evening! Ivonne quoted me $400 for ultrasound and a full report AND they come to me! Alice is very skittish and scared of anyone that isn’t me, so she’d been hiding in a bathroom cabinet and I knew this would be difficult. Dr. Corrales and Ivonne showed up on time and set up in my office which was closest to her hiding spot. She of course was not happy but Dr. C and Ivonne were very patient and we were able to calm her down long enough to complete the ultrasound! Dr. C even looked at her previous X-rays and records for me to see if he could identify any issues! I received the full report back less than 48 hours later and Alice is perfectly healthy! I could not be happier with this service and I’m so so grateful I found them just in time!
