5 stars from Pinto! We loved our visit! Super clean office and patient room. We were immediately and warmly greeted. No wait time at all. It was super easy to set up an appointment and there were a lot of appointment options. Pinto was given so many treats, he got loved on. He even got some treats to go home with :) Our vet took her time to explain everything. Everyone there is so kind and super friendly. We love Dr. LeGrange, Isabelle, and lovely receptionist (apologies we forgot her name!)

We loved Chewy Vet! I’ve been telling all my neighbors about it, and after our experience, we’ll be transferring Dobby’s care there. The clinic is clearly designed with pets’ comfort in mind. I was impressed to learn that they use calming, anxiety-reducing colors throughout the facility, and the exam rooms are spacious and welcoming. Unlike many veterinary offices, there aren’t the typical exam tables that can make pets nervous, which helped create a much more relaxed environment. There were treats available outside the exam rooms, and the entire team was warm, patient, and attentive. What stood out most was how comfortable Dobby seemed throughout the visit. He is usually a bit anxious in new environments, but he genuinely appeared to enjoy the experience. Seeing him so relaxed and stress-free was the biggest reason we decided to transfer his care to Chewy Vet. We couldn’t be happier with the care we received and highly recommend them.

We haven't always had the best luck with Vets...sometimes the people, sometimes the place...but Chewy Vet Care in Jacksonville, FL is awesome! They just opened earlier this month, so fingers crossed they stay great, but the building and their staff are wonderful. Large exam rooms, comfortable seating for fur parents and very clean and welcoming! Thanks!

WOW—just wow! From the moment we walked in, the office felt welcoming, spotless, and incredibly well organized. The staff was absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything. They handled both of our cats with such gentle care, which immediately put us at ease. If you’ve loved Chewy online, you’ll love them even more in person. We recently switched from another provider that didn’t offer this level of compassion, and within minutes, we knew we had found our new vet. Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our fur babies!
