My family purchased a puppy about a month ago and we were looking for a great vet since we are fairly new to the area also. We decided to go with Redland animal hospital and we are soooo happy with our decision. Our rottie puppy Tank absolutely loves everyone. They are so patient with him and give us all the information we need to make sure he thrives! So far our experience has been awesome.

I have been in the military for 17 years. Which means moving every two years. I’ve had my pup, Keeyla, for 9 of these years. She has been to at least 7 different vets. This vet is, by far, the best vet we have ever been to. They are very thorough with diagnosing, processes and explanations. They will do what needs to be done but will not conduct tests/labs if they aren’t necessary. The Vet Techs are amazing as well as the front desk personnel. Happy, kind, respectful and consistent. I love this vet.

amazing attentive staff! made sure my cat sherlock and dog ozzy are always taken care of and happy ! they always call to check in and make sure they’re doing well :) they’re the perfect vet ! a year later i’m editing this ! i’ve gone several times since this review and the care of the actual vets/asistants etc is impeccable! don’t get me wrong, but when i show up early to an appointment and you guys set me in a room to wait until my appointment time(makes sense) but when i look at the clock and it’s 35+ minutes PAST my appointment time; that’s when it gets bad. to be frank i heard several people just singing “sweet caroline” in the back office area laughing and having a good time, which i’m more than happy to listen to except when my cat is terrified and pooping himself waiting. i’m not counting the time in which we arrived early as i know that’s on me completely. just i’m always waiting for them there. go to town and country animal er if u need a simple shot or weight or something always in and out under an hour.
