One of our cats was sick and our regular Vet was not able to see her for several days but she needed to be seen so they recommended BAVC. We were extremely pleased with the care we received starting with Mike (Office Manager/Nurse) and the check in process and the knowledge and care he gave to our sweet Lucy. He did not rush the process and was very thorough and gentle with Lucy. Mike spoke with Dr. Avalos Cavero informing her of the situation. She gave Lucy an excellent exam and explained her recommendations for care. Again,we never felt rushed and appreciate the choices she gave to us. I am very pleased that we have discovered BAVC as an urgent care vet and also for routine care when needed. They are very kind and in a great location. Great that they are open 7 days a week from noon until 10:00pm. Convenient hours,days,location and you can make an appointment or go as a Walk-In patient. They seem to have thought of everything a pet owner needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Muller and his Team. From the moment we walk in, everyone is so welcoming and attentive. My dog King can be a little anxious, but they handle him with so much care and patience. Dr muller always explains everything thoroughly and answers all my questions. It’s clear they truly love what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate veterinary team! Thank you guys for all you do !

The staff was great and the place is immaculately clean. I appreciate the attention & care Syaney & Dr. Avalos provide to my beloved cat Casey. Their time & patience in discussing the diagnosis and next steps was helpful. They were fabulous. Thank you 🙏,♥️

Our poor boy had to come in for an emergency visit today after a toe nail injury and was treated so well by Dr. Brunson and the team at BAVC. We are so grateful for the care and compassion they showed towards us. Bruno has been known to be a bad boy at the vet (hence the muzzle we brought him in with) and Dr. Brunson really took the time to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. Our sweet guy is resting off his anesthesia from his procedure and is already feeling much better! Thank you BAVC for getting us in quickly and taking great care of our baby!
