We had a great first experience at this clinic! Knox was well taken care of, and everyone was so nice and welcoming. The reception staff, vet techs, and Dr. Becky were all friendly, professional, and made the visit stress-free. We’re so glad we chose this clinic and look forward to bringing Knox here for his care. And oh! Knox also really enjoyed his peanut butter treats and says, “Thanks!” Lolol. 🐾🥜

Chloe was cared for by Northside Veterinary from the very beginning — from her first puppy shots to her very last. Over the years, they supported her through routine care, X-rays after she ate something she shouldn’t have, a litter of puppies, and later serious illness with pyometra. Yesterday, the team at Northside Veterinary helped us say goodbye to Chloe with dignity and grace. The compassion, kindness, and respect they showed Chloe and our family meant more than I can put into words. They don’t just treat pets — they truly care for them and the people who love them. I am deeply grateful for the years of care they gave Chloe and would trust them with any pet without hesitation.

Our family & furryfamily LOVES Northside Veterinary Clinic!! Our furrychildren always receive the best possible care whenever we visit for an appointment. And it is always very easy to get an appointment (they are willing to work with your schedule too!) All of the veterinarians here are amazing, especially Dr Cochran. The vet techs and staff are always friendly, caring, compassionate, yet also professional. My family and I trust in the care we get here. Very Highly Recommend This Veterinary Clinic!!

Absolutely LOVE this clinic and the entire staff! Everyone is super friendly, caring and professional. Can not say enough wonderful things about them. The operations, policies and procedures are amazing. Dr. Puckett & Dr. Atwell are the owners and have done a great job implementing policies, procedures and day to day operations. Your own personal veterinarian calls you directly to discuss any type of blood work or issues that your pet may have. (Not a vet tech like most clinics) Our personal Dr. is Dr. Hawthorne and she is AMAZING! She is very hands on with her patients and clients. She truly does care about your fur babies and goes above and beyond to do whatever she can to help. Lord knows my 4 have kept her busy the last 2 years. Finding N.V.C. was a true blessing for my 4 babies, myself and my sanity. We love this clinic and the staff.
