I am really thankful having my first experience with a vca. I switched vets and it's always nerve wracking having to take your animal. The nurse was amazing I forget her name the blonde with the glasses was super cool gave me all the answers she knew and clarified with the Dr for things she couldn't answer. The doctor was very nice. They have plans that include all kinds of things. I feel like their prices are good and my previous vet only cared about money. Came up with a good care plan for my dog I felt heard and not rushed thru at all. I'm really happy to stick with this as my new vet. It was a great experience overall I highly recommend.

I've had nothing but great experiences here, and a huge part of that is Sarah. She is hands down the best veterinary technician I've ever worked with. She's compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about every animal she sees. You can tell this isn't just a job for her—it's her passion. I trust her completely and would honestly follow her anywhere. She is an incredible asset to this clinic, and I can't recommend them enough!

It’s taken me some time to gather up my thoughts to review this clinic. I am deeply disappointed with the way my recent (and last) visit to VCA Miracle Mile was handled. My beloved senior pet was in severe distress after Hurricane Milton and needed assistance passing and it was clear that euthanasia was the kindest option to prevent further suffering. However, when I asked for assistance in ending my pet's pain, I was informed that the procedure couldn’t be done due to their exorbitant prices and my financial constraints at the time. I understand that veterinary care can be costly, but when a pet is suffering, I believe that compassion and care should come first. I left the clinic devastated, with my little dog seizing and slowly dying, feeling that my pet’s well-being was disregarded in favor of financial considerations. It’s heartbreaking to think that a clinic that is meant to provide care and comfort could turn away an animal in need due to money. I never made it past the front desk as I was in tears with my little dog on her side actively seizing, foaming at the mouth, and crying in agony in the lobby, which was full of clients and their pets. While I’m sure this clinic offers good care in other circumstances, I cannot recommend them to anyone in need of urgent or end-of-life care. My experience has left me questioning the values of this practice. RIP, my little best friend. We’ll meet again soon.

I take my almost 16-year old cairn terrier here for his basic care, and this weekend we ended up at Colonial Animal Hospital because VCA is closed on Sundays, and he was straining to urinate. The experience there very chaotic and stressful. I setup my dogs procedure there and woke up Monday just knowing I should not take him there for the procedure. I called VCA first thing, they put Dr. Bradley on the line asap and she explained everything in a way that made me feel calm and trusting of where I was about to take my baby. Their office seems to run smooth with everyone being very kind and knowledgable. They showed me where he would be staying, explained the paper work in a non-overwhelming way, and called me to update me on him multiple times. Dr. Bradley texted me this morning asking how he was. And had him come in for a check where they accomodated him by coming out to the car. Highly recommend! Most importantly my guy made it through his procedure, which I was very nervous about! 10/10!

We want to thank Dr Simpson and her staff for the care they showed us when it was time to say goodbye to our baby girl Cupcake. Dr Simpson took the time to explain everything to us and we could tell how much they all cared. Thank you!!!
