I moved to the area a year ago and was nervous about finding a new vet. Every interaction with all of the staff has been great every time. The office is clean and nicely decorated. The vet techs and front desk staff remember my dog’s name which makes me feel very welcomed and secure in taking him here. Today I took him in for a grooming and Ms. Rebecca is always a sweetheart and always does her best when my pup can be hard to handle. I appreciate her and the staff so much. Thank you Tails-a-Waggin team!

I was referred to Dr. Baez by my regular vet at Banfield for a surgical consult. My dog, Sampson, has a mass just inside his ear canal, and we need to know what it is. Dr. Baez spent a lot of time with us talking about the mass after he had examined Sampson. I had the day off from work the day we went to meet with Dr. Baez. He checked his schedule and said that he could do the biopsy that day so we could get started on the path to figuring out what the next steps will be. I appreciated that so that I wouldn’t have to take another day off from work to bring Sampson. I feel very confident with Dr. Baez’s care path for us and look forward to our next visit to discuss the biopsy results, etc. I would definitely recommend Dr. Baez and his whole team to anyone who needs wonderful care and treatment for their pet.

First time groom experience was excellent. Dillard looked, smelled, felt great after. Very fair pricing for quality service.

We had never been away from our dogs, especially Mya, who was a rescue, and had become very attached to us. We were very nervous about leaving them, but the two dogs are in separable and would be staying together, so we gave it a try. I guess they played together and were with each other the whole time, so don’t think they felt abandoned. We had them groomed and came back to two happy and good looking dogs. Staff was wonderful. Felt like Mya would need a few times to get used to, but overall we were thrilled. Big yards to play in and we’d definitely recommend❤️❤️
