The staff was positively amazing! The receptionist was so caring and cordial. The tech was extremely informative and educating. And, the Dr. (Vicki) was the most exceptional Person I ever met. If you go anywhere else, you'll be sorry. Your pet is their pet!

Just wanted to share about my experience at this location- the staff are all so pleasant and caring. Dr. Scott truly cares about her patients, you can tell she is passionate about animals. Our initial visit with her was phenomenal and she spent so much time with us and made sure to get all the details about our pet, and get to know her. Fast forward a few days later- it is 9pm and she took the time out of her night to give us a call to go over our cats diagnostic results in detail and talked us through care options and potential diagnoses. This was not a quick call by any means- we so appreciate that she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and steer us in the right direction with care. She is so knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. While most vets I have encountered in the past are very quick to move on to the next patient, this is the first time we have truly felt heard. Dr. Scott, THANK YOU!!

Moving from the East Coast to Ft Myers we called several places and this hospital people and service so far is the best in Town. I have 2 dogs here for all type of services. They are very accommodating and truly know what customer service means. Great place so far since 2021 when we came to Town❤️
