They attended us at the time of the appointment, everything was very fast, the Dr explained the entire process to us, and recommended the best foods for puppies. She also gave us information on insurance for animals. The place is very clean and the people are very nice.

Took my puppy Mia to this location today. In love with the staff and the attention. They took care of my puppy just like she was there own. The veterinarian was extremely helpful and informative. I would definitely be using them from now on for all our appointments.

The new Sarasota office is wonderful. The staff is super friendly, and they took great care of my pup. She had to come in for an injury to her back and they got her is fast when my usual vet was too bust to see us. They explained in detail what happened and how we could fix it. My dog loved them as well. Will be using them from now on for all our appointments. So glad they opened up.

I’ve called multiple times and left a message for someone to call me back about an online order that was canceled. There is no vet at the UTC store so I was told to order from this location and that they could check my order history. My order was now canceled again without a phone call. I have now lost all my vital care credits twice because of this. No one returns any calls and it’s impossible to get the basic flea treatments I’ve orders for the past 3 years from PETCO.

Dr. Scott was such an exceptional veterinarian, she left my dogs, feeling peaceful and at ease and me as well. Five stars for her. Staff is friendly, especially Katheryn. She made us all feel so reassured and even comped my dogs, nails, and first visit while he was being a little bit difficult. I would recommend this place 1000 times.
