How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Edison Park Animal Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

It is truly a blessing to have found such a great vet, caring practice, knowledgeable staff with such a great understanding of the animals they treat. I have had multiple dogs, have been to multiple vets across Lee county, Estero & some in Naples. Now a days, it seems like there is a vet on every corner- a lot of pump and dump, high turnover is their “priority.” Edison Park is family owned and operated. The vet I see is Dr. Sharon Powell. She is experienced, thorough, knowledgeable, understanding and patient. I will stick with this practice. They treat you like family. The front office staff is welcoming and efficient, all the way to the vet technicians. All work together as a team. Office is clean, well organized and you can tell they are a family. Thank you for all you do! Regards, Jacquelyn (& Edie) Services I’ve received: Primary vet checkup, exams, fecal, vaccines, treats upon treats

Edison park is the best. The manager, Jennifer, always does her best to get my dogs in when needed. All the staff is courteous and caring. Dr indrisek is kind, patient, and an excellent doctor. I always know my frenchies are getting the best care.

We were seen yesterday by Dr. Indrisek and Dyanna who took such amazing care of Sunny. They took their time with him, getting down on the floor and sliding treats underneath the door. I want to shout-out Dyanna specifically as she walked my mom and I both to our car in the pouring rain, herself getting soaked. She went above and beyond customer care yesterday and I really appreciate it. She also called to check in on sunny today. I can't express how grateful I am for Edison Park and their amazing team. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. (From: Linda - Using my husband's account to post review since I've already given on on my account)

First of all I’d like to start out by saying I am not very trustful of vets. They tend to misdiagnose and just want you to spend so much of your money on “cures” that just keep you coming back. EDSION PARK ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS NOT THAT. Quite the opposite. Dr. Powell and her team cared for my American bully Banks with so much love.. even had a welcome sign for him (who does that?!) he’s only 7 months old and was getting really bad red bumpy skin. Another local walk in treated him with skin infection antibiotics that made it worse. We went here and she took one look at him, says she thinks it’s mites under his skin. Took a skin test and even WALKED my husband and I to the lab to see the exact mite under their microscope. They also have their own pharmacy and you leave with the medication you need that day. Thank you so much for helping my boy and actually CARING and finding the problem instead of draining our pockets with nonsense solutions. Banks can’t wait to come back next month to check in about his bumpy skin and get some treats from Dr. Powell. If you’re like me and are hesitant trusting vets… GO HERE. They love each animal like it was their own. Thank you 🤍

My son brought our kitty Citrus for a first visit with Edison Park Animal Hosital and he put me on speaker on his phone because I was unable to go. Our fur babies are family to us so having a vet you can trust is very vital. Everyone there was so welcoming! Very caring! The veterinarian was very informative, answering my relentless barrage of questions (sorry about that.😁) We made a plan for further health care (neutering) and really felt comfortable with putting my kitty’s healthcare in their hands. Edison Park is professional, informative and they really care for the pets they treat. I would highly recommend Edison Park Animal Hospital for all your pets healthcare needs!
