The first time I called I felt my conversation was cut short after asking what my pet needed to be seen for, but after showing up there I understand they were very busy. My appointment was at 10:40 and my pet was not seen for 30 mins or so after her appt time but i do believe they had emergencies that were more critical than my pet. Even though i felt my pet was going to die there were other pets that seemed to have critical issues as well and were there before me. The vet techs were very nice and felt to have listened to my concerns for my pet. Dr. Thais Herrera was amazing! You can tell she loves her job even during the most stressful situations! She's very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and I felt her sympathy for the concern I had for my pet. Even though I was upset that I wasn't able to catch this infection in my pet sooner Dr. Herrera still made me feel like it wasn't my fault, I was going off of instructions that could have been misunderstood by me with our previous vet. Dr. Herrera was able to tell me the basic tests we needed to do to get the most vital information and go from there and for everything that was done the pricing was very reasonable! We were sent home with medications and instructions to follow. 3 days later she's up and walking and almost back to herself!! Even though my pet is 16 and has other stuff going on at least i get to spend more time with my baby girl ❤️ I can't thank the staff enough for all they did ❤️

Was traveling with my Cavalier and had to make an emergency stop. Compassionate staff, great doctor, and warm atmosphere. All at a very reasonable cost. I live in Miami but may have to come back here for treatment!

I brought a dog in that we rescued. He was very sick and almost sterved to death. They were all awesome, caring and very professional. They are more about taking care of your pet than running up a bill like most vets. They worked with me on the price and even gave us some food for free. Total shout out to everyone at Eastside Animal Hospital. We will bring our other dog there in the future. Thanks again for caring for Oakley.

Been our old pit bulls Dr for years very nice knowledge filled people. They showed a lot of care to our old stinky dog. I didn't feel judged or that they were judging my dog either they just showed care. I'm very grateful to have them for my our dog. It wasn't a normal check dr. Diagnosed my dog at a glance. In house prescription was filled and ready to go in about twenty minutes. All done back to the house for pup to rest. Look guys don't put off taking your pet to see the dr. Extremely affordable. Very fair price, we were an emergency walk in and she got a shot within ten minutes and love pets by the Dr for five minutes and prescriptions filled and out the door in the next five minutes. Fast dr. Even cleaned her ears. Fast puppy tune up! Thank you eastside animal hospital.

I can’t say enough good things about this neighborhood veterinary clinic. I recently rescued an abandoned and neglected senior dog, and this is where I brought her for a full check-up. Dr. Bowens and his incredible team of compassionate professionals took such wonderful care of my new girl. Even though I’ve only been there twice, they make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. From the friendly front desk staff to the anesthesiologist and Dr. Bowens himself—everyone was genuinely kind and attentive. The prices are also fantastic. Our most recent visit was for a dental cleaning, which included five extractions. I was fully expecting to pay double what I was charged. I’m still in shock—and beyond grateful. We truly can’t thank them enough.
