I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Cypress Lake. The receptionist was so great on the phone and gave me every bit of info I needed before I came in. The Dr. Was so kind and patient with my dog Honey who has anxiety, and she was very knowledgeable and patient with me as well. The facility is IMPECCABLY clean and smells nice unlike other places and I am just so happy with my experience. Great pricing too. BEST vet experience!!!! After my dog was unable to be seen my a nearby emergency vet due to having no doctor available, I went here. Facility is extremely clean, the staff were SO friendly and professional. My dog has attitude issues and they were able to handle him professionally, calmly, and safely! I felt at ease too after being very stressed over an emergency situation. Also didn’t break the bank! Keep up the great work! My dog is now a patient for life! Definitely coming back!

Never have I been to a vet where all of the employees are so compassionate and respectful. My dog, Nova is skittish and nervous and getting her nails trimmed has always been a hassle for us. We’ve gone to several places and have been turned away but here they worked with us, gave Nova anxiety meds and told us to come back. Jake is especially amazing and gentle with Nova despite the difficulty working her. The receptionist is also so kind and genuine. Will absolutely be coming back here indefinitely. Thank you Cypress Lake Animal Hospital!
