They readily explain what they are doing and why. They are always on time for appointments or call if running late. They arrive quickly for emergencies. They take a personal interest in our horses and are genuinely concerned about their welfare. Kerry, their Office Manager, is an experienced horse woman and is very knowledgeable and helpful. We could not be more pleased with the service and excellent care these folks provide for our horses.
