The staff was very good and so I was really surprised when I met the veterinarian. I was wondering to myself that this could not possibly be the same place upon meeting him. I felt mocked by the owner when I brought my bird in, which was rude. I have never been treated with more disrespect than I have there by this vet. I would give lower stars but decided not to because of the staff. I will never go back.

I took my cat in cause I saw blood in her urine. The vet shamed me for only having a flea collar and not being able to afford flea pills monthly. He also shamed me cause my cat is 15 pounds. Said I need to feed her 30% less food… I told him i wasn’t measuring and asked how much to give.., and he refused give me an amount of food. Just said to decrease it by 30%…Then he charged me $100 and told me to come back tomorrow for a urine sample. Which will be even more money. And I’ll be shamed even more.

Only vet that had an avian doctor available the next day for my sick ducklings. I traveled 40 minutes to get there and she gave a thorough exam to my remaining ducks (I had already lost 3!) and gave me medicine. So far I haven’t lost any more and it’s been two days. That’s good seeing how I lost two within 12 hours of one another. Thank you!

Called rainbow animal hospital to get a second opinion on my dog, which we were about to euthanize, because of his poor health. Anyways, we took him over to the doctor and took him in the back room. Examine him told my wife he did not need to be put down. He need to be put on some medication for his inflamed joints and also we’re putting him on a diet. They have been very friendly very helpful fairly priced

If you’re considering using this vet office, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I won’t go into my personal experience, which was quite unpleasant. Every other vet office in the area has a rating of at least 4.6 or higher, while this one has a rating of 3.8. It also has numerous comments about unprofessional behavior.
