We came here on February 12th, 2026 and had the best care from them in the world. They made this process easy in the toughest time of our lives. My girl, Monkey, crossed The Rainbow Bridge today. I am beyond grateful for the kindness of the people here. If your pet needs any kind of care, please bring them here. Even the woman on the phone was kind. I'm eternally grateful for them here. We'll be coming back to donate any stuff left over that we didn't use (like food and toys), and we'll be picking up her ashes and stuff after they call to tell us.

I live on the far opposite end of town, so when I had an emergency with my cat, I called every other vet in DeLand between here and there, and they were the only ones who could get me in that day. They took me right back to a room as soon as I got there and started examining her right away. Very nice facility, and excellent staff. Everyone was professional, yet friendly and compassionate. Highly recommended.

I took my dog in due to a cough . Dr Jackson was on vacation. So we saw Dr Rawlings. She done x-rays and said my dogs trachea was more narrow thru the chest cavity Which is normal. She said that was causing my dog to cough. However my dog showed no other symptoms of trachea issues. She was active playing running chasing her ball as normal. . No coughing no shortness of breath during extreme exercise. She prescribed cough med. The cough worsened . Took her to the emergency vet and they discovered pneumonia. Dr Rawlimgs never considered this. My beautiful tiny Yorkie died due to her misdiagnosis. She was my world. My pain is unimaginable.

The team showed complete care from my Kitty Qball. You didn't pre-diagnose her! Let's see what the tests show! Then we'll move forward! Her grumpy is gone and her eyes are brighter than 3 days ago. She is feeling so much better now! Need fresh biscuits? ❤️
