Very rude doctor !!! Don’t bring your dog here , they will take him/her to “the back” and you will not be allowed to go with your dog!!! My dog is the sweetest baby but he got anxious and scared of being there as he knew the place from a previous visit, the doctor never introduced himself let alone felt emphatic with my dog. He just insisted our dog was agressive and needed training, and proceeded to recommend a friend who trains dogs in celebration (always emphasizing he would not be receiving anything from this trainer for recommendations) my dog is not aggressive he was just scared!!! I found keep writing but I’m getting angry as i recall this visits . Never ever again will I bring my doggie there !!! Please avoid this place!!!!!!

Not happy about this place. They were willing to make an appt for my dog until they found out what breed she is as an American staffordshire terrier then they came back to the phone after finding out what breed she is and told me they can’t take new patients. So I asked about that they could until they find out the breed. The lady said I’m sorry idk why. So basically it’s discrimination at a vet for a breed of dog. And the thing is she’s a federally registered service dog that is 11.5 years old and is in so much pain she can barely walk. Thank you for reminding us you didn’t go into vet care for the patients.

Nice and clean. They made you feel safe and socially distanced. Front desk staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable and you could tell they loved pets. Office visit seemed cheap at only $50. Meds were quite a bit more than my other vet...but to be fair they actually preloaded 14 syringes for my dogs treatment so I didn't have to measure the liquid each time...never saw that before.

Let me start off my saying NEVER COME HERE! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. There was a miscommunication from when I called to make the appointment. I said I know that they are due for their rabies shot and for some other shots too. When I got to the office, they were under the impression I only wanted the rabies shot, which was not true. The technician never introduced himself to us. He took our dog to the “back” where the doctor I guess examined him. I really don’t know what they did back there because we weren’t allowed to be with our dog. The Doctor came into the doorway of the room, left the door open and demanded we get our dog. I don’t know why he didn’t come into the room and shut the door. He never introduced himself to use. He then proceeded to kick my older dog out who was whining and said he would not talk over him. My husband had to take my older dog to the car. Part of the Doctor’s job is to work with animals so you would think he would be understanding that dogs whine sometimes especially when they’re in an unknown place. He was very irrational and condescending. Then he proceeded to scolded me after he examined both of our dogs for not getting all of their shots. Which is why I was there in the first place! I wanted my older dog to get the Bordetella vaccine, but he already kicked him out of the office. The doctor said to come back if we were going to travel and he would give him the Bordetella vaccine then. This would be a huge inconvenience to have to bring a dog that is anxious back to the office AGAIN. If he hadn’t kicked him out of the office in the first place, I would’ve demanded he got the Bordetella vaccine. Overall awful experience. Don’t just take my word for it look at all the other awful reviews.
