Dr. Jones is truly amazing. He listens to your concerns and takes this time to fully examine your animal until he finds the issue. The front desk staff women were all very professional and very sweet. The girls in the back who had to help hold the dog, take x-rays, etc., or all very amazing, gentle and very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office to anyone that needs help with their furry baby.

We are grateful to have found such a great vet near us. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very kind. Our dogs heartworm was treated here and they kept him happy and comfortable during the months long treatment. Would recommend bringing your pets here for any visit.

I am a senior and new to Florida. I have 2 senior rescue dogs. I researched the best Doctor, and Dr. Jones' name came up frequently. I took my little Honey there for dental work. The staff and Dr. Jones are the BEST. I am so thankful to them for taking such good care of Honey. THANK YOU, DR. JONES

I cannot tell you enough how much I love this clinic. We were referred to them when we moved to Clermont and they have always been exceptional to work with. Beverly (babe girl) just had her spay surgery there on Friday and everyone at that clinic was caring and understood how nervous we were about having to leave her while we went to work. They are also so good to Lizzie. It is the care, compassion, and Dr. Jones will take the time to answer all of your questions regardless of how big or small they are. The ladies at the desk are exceptional as well. We have not had a puppy in many many years and they were so good about getting us started with the proper food and shots, etc. This is a good southern hometown experience. You are NOT a number, you are NOT a credit card swipe here as they are local and not corporate! Yes, he is booked at times but I have never called there when they did not put me at ease with what was happening and offering a solution until they are available. We are SUPER particular with our dogs. They are our children. If you are looking for top notch veterinary care, look no further and call them today!

I am very grateful for the care and professionalism we received from Dr. Jones at Polo Park Animal Hospital. My dog had been very weak and suffering from diarrhea for almost a month, and nothing seemed to help. Thanks to Dr. Jones’s knowledge and guidance, she finally started to improve and regain her strength. I truly believe he helped save her. I also want to highlight how well organized everything was. The medications came clearly labeled by the veterinary clinic, which made them easy and safe to give at home. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and Polo Park Animal Hospital. We are extremely thankful for the excellent care and support. 100000000 stars
