My Rex had to have surgery on his hind leg. Our regular vet was on quarantine with the covid 19. The vet was very good about explaining everything that had to be done and going over the cost. Got a call later that day by the office to check on Rex, as well as the following day

The day after Christmas my boxer couldn’t open her mouth without screaming . Dr Henry was kind and courteous, gave us great care and we felt did his best for our old girl, without charging us an arm and a leg on a holiday to come give her treatment.

If you are looking for a professional and caring vet, with an efficient staff and a clean office, DON'T GO HERE! I was charged hundreds of dollars for blood and urine tests that it took a couple days to get and they were simply emailed to me after I had to call several times. No explanation whatsoever. When I requested the doctor talk with me about the results, I waited several more days with no response. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone ever! If I could give less than one star, I would.

We are snowbirds visiting Crystal River from Indiana. We have a beagle that needed medical care. We eventually called all of the vet’s trying to find one that would see us. River Regional Hospital was the only hospital willing to fit us in the next day. The wait was actually longer than I might have expected, but they were fitting us in. The doctor examined our dog and knew immediately the issue. They were able to provide us with medications and detailed instructions on care. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is there were unexpected charges for administrative and records transfer. Otherwise, we are happy with the care they provided.

They are so caring and helpful. My little cat was very sick and Doc and the team moved mountains to help. They were always there when she needed them. Thank you!!!!
