My 1.5-year-old pup was spayed here a week ago and did wonderfully. This location takes the time to answer every question and concern while providing top-tier advice and care. Even though this Pet Hospital is much farther from us, it’s absolutely worth the drive knowing our little one is in such great hands. A big thank you to the ladies at the front desk for doing such a wonderful job as well!

🐾We Love the Team @BanfieldCoralGables Personally, I have always had a positive report with everyone at this location. They really care, never do unnecessary things and always take care of pets first. Thank you so much to the staff, Vet-techs, Nurses, and Dr. Crespi. My puppy has been in a number of times and has always recovered wonderfully. I'm sad that I cannot take this team with me as I am moving out of state. You all were the best and I can tell my doggy was well taken care of! 🥹🩷 The pet clinic was always clean, great attitudes, friendly faces who actually care, and great service! ❤️ If I come back to Coral Gables I know where to find you all! 🐾🫶🏾 Thank you again so much!

I’ve been bringing my dog Luna Amador to this Banfield for over 3 years, but my recent visit on 11/22 was extremely disappointing. Our appointment for her Bordetella vaccine was moved from 10:30 AM to 1:15 PM. We arrived on time, checked in at 1:20, and waited 45 minutes with no communication. Only at 2:17 did they finally tell us they didn’t have the vaccine at all. I drive a long distance because Luna feels safe here, so this was very frustrating and a complete waste of time. If they knew the vaccine wasn’t available, they should have told me before the appointment — not after nearly an hour of waiting. Very poor communication, and I’m seriously reconsidering trusting this location again.

Dont make any online appointments here. They will cancel you if it is an inconvenience and will not tell you. I scheduled for Sunday Oct 26 at 12:30pm online, showed up and was then told my appointment did not appear on the schedule. I know they cancelled me because someone at the location had called prior to my appointment for that reason, they claim the online system is not in tune with their actual system but after calling corporate they confirmed this is a lie. Don’t waste valuable time going to this location . 0 solutions were offered aside from scheduling for another day. Also appointments still show as available online but honestly it’s not worth it to even try at this point.

Worst pet hospital ever!!! They moved my dog appointment from one day to another one because the doctor went in vacation… and this cost me already 100$ extra for uber pet when the day before I had who could take me there … then .. at the phone they told me the health certificate cost was around 400$ but then they charged me 535$ instead give me a discount for the inconvenience they caused me, Rude and unprofessional!! Only about business… they don’t love and don’t care about your pet, they just want your money. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Please don’t answer… I’m sorry for your frustration.. you can speak to our pet lawyers… I don’t give a …… your pet lawyers… it’s more important people know how BAD you are.
