My girl was spayed two weeks ago and surgery went well, beautiful suture and recovery!!! Am more than satisfied with the staff, very attentive and knowledgeable!!! Appointments including follow up are punctual.

Dr.Atkins is excellent but other than that banfield has been awful. First we go for a drop off, the front desk person told us we need to come another day…. “Too full” even though we had a scheduled appointment. We schedule another appointment… The front desk tells us they can not finish my dog’s yearly check up because they have too many dogs… Another issue with them I lost my card that I had on file and didn’t even bother to tell me my account was having issue. Their customer service rep from the 800 number they give you that handles billing Courtney however you spell her name was the least understanding person I had ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Overall such a disappointment, I feel bad for any vet that has a contract to work there.

I just want to say that I love this hospital. Their are amazing people working there. Also Dr.Chavez and Dr.Concepcion are amazing with animals they are honestly both amazing(Dr.Concepcion removed one of my dogs tumor in her mammary gland and honestly she did a very good job and my baby girl barely has a scar) . I have two dogs with their wellness plans(which are amazing) and they love going their because the nurses their give them belly rubs and treat them so well. I could have not found a better place for my babies. I recommend this place to anyone I promise you, you won't regret it.

Long overdue review. Been going there for about a year. My dog loves them. They make the appointments so easy. Dr Chavez has a way with animals and really the whole staff is great. They are genuinely friendly people and overall it's been a wonderful experience.

My fur baby had an allergic reaction and the entire team was able to calm me down and help me. They took my dog in immediately and took the best care of her. Dr. Akins was very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. Thank you very much to everyone that supported me during this difficult moment!
