Dr. Marcelle Dias at UrbanPawz is simply amazing. She is the veterinarian who takes care of my dog, Matilda, and I couldn’t ask for better care. From the very first visit, she showed so much kindness, patience, and genuine love for animals. She is extremely attentive, explains everything clearly, and makes sure both the pet and the owner feel safe and supported. You can truly see that she cares deeply about her patients, not just professionally but with her heart as well. I am so grateful to have Dr. Marcelle taking care of Matilda. Highly recommend her and the UrbanPawz team!

There's something about a family owned business that adds 'heart' to the kind of care received. Dr. Marcelle Dias and her team are incredible at what they do. They have a true calling for caring for God's animals! I was so happy with how she answered all my questions, and she showed genuine care for my baby. My dog never likes going to the vet, and he felt so much better under her care.

I took my dog into urban paws today and was very happy with the services provided. My dog had an issue that I wanted checked out right away and wasn't able to drive to my normal vets office in Delray . Dr.diaz and her assistant Helena were very informative, kind and took there time checking my dog . The front desk gentleman who set us up was also wonderful . The office is also so clean and new and so cool with lots of artwork of animals . I was very pleased and recommend your furry friends 😊

I am truly grateful for the care my dog Nina received at this veterinary clinic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported. Dr. Marcelle treated Nina with so much love, patience, and attention, which meant the world to me during such a sensitive moment. You can genuinely feel how much they care about the animals. The clinic is beautiful, well organized, and comforting. I’m beyond thankful to have found this place and I highly recommend it from the bottom of my heart.
